The terms that apply to using this site and to buying from us. Where a commercial term is set by your quotation or order acknowledgement, that document governs.
Quotations and orders
A quotation is an offer to supply at the stated scope and is valid for the period stated on it. Prices are quoted per project and are not published on this site.
An order becomes binding when we issue an order acknowledgement. Production begins only after you approve shop drawings; the drawings, not the quotation, define what gets built.
Dimensions and site conditions
You are responsible for the dimensions on the approved shop drawings and for the rough openings matching them. We will flag anything that looks wrong, but we build to the approved drawing.
Installation is not included unless a quotation says so in writing. Structural adequacy of the opening, flashing, waterproofing and sealant work at the interface are the installer’s responsibility.
Performance data and approvals
Performance figures on this site are the certified or documented figures for the system described, at the sizes and glazing stated. A specific unit at a specific size may differ, and we will confirm the figure for your configuration in writing on request.
Code approvals are jurisdiction-specific. Tell us where the project is and we will confirm what a product is approved for there before you specify it. Do not rely on a general statement on a web page for a submittal.
The configurator
The online configurator is a specification and drawing tool. Any figure it produces is indicative until confirmed in a quotation, and while it is in development its pricing is simulated and labelled as such.
Warranty and liability
Products carry the written warranty published on this site, with the remedies and exclusions stated there. That warranty is the whole of our obligation for product defects.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — delay costs, lost rent, or other trades’ standby — beyond what the applicable law requires of us.
Using this site
Content, drawings and photography on this site are ours or licensed to us; do not republish them. Do not scrape the site or use it to build a competing catalogue.
We keep the site accurate and correct errors when we find them, but a page can be out of date. The quotation and order acknowledgement are the documents that bind.
