Our commercial window wall range, in three mullion depths that trade sightline for wind load and span. 120S is the entry point at a 4 3/4" mullion depth, sized for low-rise commercial and podium levels up to 105 mph / 14’. 150S steps up to 5 7/8" for mid-rise elevations, taking greater wind load and span up to 120 mph / 24’ — its face width is 2 9/16" against 120S’s 1 15/16", so stepping up in depth does show on the elevation. 180S is the deepest at 7 1/8", for high-rise and high-wind elevations up to 135 mph / 65’, at the same face width as 150S so a tower can step up in structural capacity without a visible change in the facade grid. All three take casement, tilt & turn, awning and door elements on one sightline, glazed with pressure plates; U-factor and SHGC vary with the glazing or panel specified.

An outward-opening casement on the Essential platform, in two frame depths. 95mm is the standard depth — nothing swings into the room, which frees up furniture placement and usable floor area in compact plans; a hydraulic damper is available to stop the leaf being caught by wind, and retractable screens roll out of sight when not in use. 70mm is the shallow-frame companion, matching the Essential 70mm tilt & turn for openings that need a simple outward-swinging vent without the deeper jamb.

Our minimum-sightline tilt & turn platform, in two structural depths. F0 is the shallowest section we offer: the frame is designed to disappear into the surrounding construction, leaving glass as the visible material while retaining the two-position European operation — specified where the drawing calls for wall-to-wall glazing and the window is meant to read as a plane, not a frame. F37 carries a slightly deeper structural section, which buys additional height and width before a mullion is required, for larger single units on the same platform. Both share the same concealed hardware and two-position operation; pick the depth your span and sightline call for.

The workhorse tilt & turn platform, in two thermally broken frame depths. 95mm is the standard depth: European two-position operation at a cost that survives a production schedule — a sensible default for hotel, multifamily and spec-home programmes. 70mm is the shallow-frame companion, for projects where the wall build-up is shallower or the budget is tighter, without giving up the two-position operation or the multi-point lock — widely used for replacement work in existing masonry openings.
