Overview
Two planes of glass meeting at a building corner with no post between them, built on the same E80 wood platform as the standard tilt & turn — a 79.4 mm (3 1/8") section with a wood interior and an extruded aluminium exterior. It is specified where the corner itself is the view: a stacked assembly over more than one storey reads as a deliberate architectural move from both inside and out, and clear sightlines from two directions do more for a room than a larger window in one wall would.
It is the only unit in the wood range that turns a corner, and that is the choice it represents. The Tilt & Turn (E80), the Narrow Frame (103) and the Casement (163) are all single-plane operables and all differ from each other on frame face and opening action; this one differs on geometry. Where the whole elevation is aluminium rather than clad timber, the equivalent is the narrow-frame Cornerless (80), which is documented with a 45° corner and its own fixed glazing make-up.
The interior is real wood, factory-finished in cherry or white oak with seven stains and three paints — the combination illustrated being a designer honey painted interior against a bronze exterior. Outside, the extruded aluminium cladding runs at a minimum 1.6 mm (1/16") wall in nineteen colours including three pearlescent finishes, with custom matching available. Glazing follows the wood range: dual pane with low-e and argon as standard, triple pane where the thickness can exceed 3/4", tempered throughout.

Mounting and frame options
The frame type decides the rough-opening detail, the flashing and how much of the existing wall has to come out. Four are available; tell us the wall build-up and we will specify which one your opening needs.
The standard new-construction frame. The flange laps the sheathing so the unit sets and seals in one operation.
A 1 3/8" flange is available where the cladding build-up needs the extra reach.
Installs over an existing aluminum window frame, so the stucco exterior is left intact. No cutting back and repatching.
Available on selected window types — ask us which of your openings can take it before you price the stucco work.
For full removal, when the existing frame is rotten or damaged and has to come out entirely.
Sets into the existing rough opening, and arrives with the through-the-jamb holes pre-drilled and the screws supplied.
Straps fix to the frame, which lets the unit sit anywhere in the depth of the wall cavity rather than at a fixed setback.
Installs from the interior, and works for both new construction and replacement.

Factory-joined combinations for large openings
Multi-unit combinations are joined in the factory and delivered as one assembly, so the joint is made under shop conditions instead of on a scaffold. The joining mullion is 1 1/8" (28 mm) wide and comes in three reinforcement grades, chosen by the height of the window it has to carry. The system is covered by a US patent.

Exterior finish
The exterior is extruded aluminum cladding, which is why the finish schedule matters more here than the colour chart on a vinyl window: it is a powder coat on structural extrusion, not a surface tint.
19 finishes are available in total, including three pearlescent. Twelve are named here; ask us for the rest, or for a custom colour match.
Swatches are indicative only — reproduced from print, shown on your screen. Specify by RAL number, and ask us for a physical sample before you commit an elevation to a colour.
Interior wood and finish
Finishes are applied in the factory, not on site. That removes a trade from your programme and a variable from the result — site finishing depends on the weather and whoever is holding the brush.
Exposed millwork is treated with a water-repellent wood preservative before finishing.
Swatches are indicative only. The same stain reads differently on white oak than on cherry — the source shows each colour on both — and no screen matches stain over real grain. Specify by name and ask us for a sample.
Lead Time
- Standard configurations, such as a 70-series double-glazed unit: 18 days in the factory from order. This is production time and does not include shipping.
- Special configurations: 3–5 weeks in production, also from order.
- Ocean freight: about 35 days to the U.S. West Coast, about 45 days to the East Coast.
